Registered office is the official address of a company. It is easy to avail for large concerns, but a hassle for small firms. Smaller business firms very often find it difficult to manage an address for this type of office. Since it is a must to have this office to run a business in UK, they cannot do away with it altogether.

While helping out one of my friends in finding out a registered office in UK, I discovered a rather simple way of solving this problem. My research came out with the result that there are firms or agencies that manage address in valid places for this type of office for smaller or overseas companies.

Not only that, they also help in maintaining the office by dispatching the mails sent to it. Of course, they do not do it as work of charity, nor do they charge an unaffordable amount for it. A little research and smart negotiation will be enough to get an address for registered office in UK.
